Dr. Carmon Bryant has been promoted from postdoc to research scientist. This change is coincident with the start of his K99/R00 award. Congratulations to Camron!

A blog entry titled “The Genetics of Normal” by Robert Mitchum has been published on Science Life. The entry describes the Palmer Lab’s past and future interests in research on the genetic basis for traits such as impulsivity.

Both Camron Bryant and Margaret Distler’s abstracts have been chosen for the Selected Talks Sessions at Genes, Brain and Behavior meeting in Rome, Italy. They will each give a 15 minute talk at the meeting.

Amy Hart has been honored by IBANGS and will give a 30 minute presentation at the annual meeting in Rome, Italy.
