Dr. Palmer presents at PAG 30
Dr. Palmer gave a talk titled "RatGTEx: eQTL Mapping and the use of Heterogeneous Stock Rats for Biomedical Research" at the Plant and Animal Genome (PAG) Conference in San Diego this week, during the Farm Animal Genotype-Tissue Expression (FarmGTEx) Project session. He presented details on Heterogeneous Stock (HS) rats, mapping Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL), and the Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) project. The abstract of his talk is linked here.
